Security Response Services is comprised of three important but
distinct departments, each providing a unique set of services to our
customers.
Our Central Station is the core of SRSI and is
comprised of operators, supervisors, and a management team.
Their primary function is to receive and respond to a variety of
signals from security equipment located on customer’s property.
Our Data Management Department's
main function is to take information from the Floyd Total Security
sales department and use it to set up new accounts in our central
station database. They also work to update existing account
information and handle other account changes.
The SRSI Service Department has technicians who
perform field repairs on customer equipment, administrators that
dispatch our technicians and a manager who directs our Service
Department activity and acts as a technical resource.
